A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form passes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of that search. When you send us a message, we receive the details you elect to share and use them to answer you.

Aggregated log data helps us maintain the site and see which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when present, advertising measurement.

Davidson County, Metro Nashville, and Tennessee public records are controlled by their custodian offices. A request to us cannot erase a deed, case, voter record, or tax roll at its official source.
